The Dune: Awakening team released hotfix 1.4.0.3 on June 3, 2026, and it’s a small one. You’ll need to grab a client-side download — the update won’t push automatically for everyone. If that happens, the devs suggest restarting your Steam client.
Servers are coming back up shortly after the patch. Not much else changed here, but it’s a focused fix.
What’s Fixed
The patch notes are short and sweet:
- Fixed an issue where a character transfer could fail with the F82 error
That’s it for this one. If you’ve been stuck trying to move a character and hitting that error code, this should sort you out.
