On June 11, 2026, SpaceCraft officially entered Early Access on Steam. The game lets you explore a galaxy split into multiple sectors, with hundreds of star systems and thousands of planets to visit. You can build and customize fully modular ships, deploy automated bases, and set up interplanetary logistics networks. Trading with other players is in from day one, and you can create or join Corporations to tackle large-scale objectives together. The Early Access release includes three specialization paths: Exploration, Technology, and Science.
What’s In the Build
The current version focuses on player-driven expansion. Here’s what you get at launch:
- Fully modular ship construction and customization
- Automated base deployment and management
- Interplanetary logistics networks for resource flow
- Player-to-player trading
- Corporation system for group objectives
Shiro Games thanked the community for feedback from closed tests and the recent playtest, noting that bug reports and feature suggestions shaped the game. To celebrate the release, SpaceCraft has a 10% launch discount running for two weeks.
What the Devs Said
“From our first closed tests to the playtest that ended just a few days ago, your involvement has played a huge role in shaping Space|Craft.”
The studio didn’t outline a full Early Access roadmap in the announcement, but they pointed to separate blog posts covering launch content and future plans. The universe is open now — the ships, factories, and corporations you build are up to you.
